Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Basic plan has no platform fee and is built for teams of under 20 employees. You only pay for the therapy and coaching sessions your employees actually use, so there is no upfront commitment.

How much does a therapy session cost?

Sessions are pay-per-use and priced by the country where the provider is based, typically USD $50–$200 per session (starting from $35). For example, Singapore is around $140 and Vietnam around $60. You only pay for sessions that are booked.

How does per-seat billing work on the Business plan?

The Business plan is USD $3 per seat per month, or $30 per seat per year if billed annually. A minimum of 5 seats applies (at least $50/month or $500/year). Therapy sessions are still billed separately on a pay-per-use basis.

What's the difference between the Basic, Business, and Enterprise plans?

Basic gives every employee 24/7 access to licensed therapists with pay-per-session billing. Business adds a wellbeing dashboard, spend controls, weekly check-ins, and Slack/Teams integrations. Enterprise adds SSO, directory sync, advanced reporting, benchmarking, a DPA, and dedicated account servicing.

Yes. You can set session limits per employee to control your budget, and employees can choose a self-pay option to continue beyond their allowance. Auto wallet top-ups and annual budgets help you avoid surprise invoices.
